Hope everyone is enjoying the wonderful warm weather. Eventhough it is strange...it sure feels good to be coming out of winter hibernation early...with the bright sun on our faces eager to prepare for a season of growth and abundance. This year I am especially anxious for the ground to thaw and the tempertures to climb. If you do not already know, my husband and I are starting a small organic farm in Northwood, NH this spring. We hope to have a diverse variety of organic greens, heirloom tomatoes, squashes, peppers, cukes, herbs, potatoes, carrots, beets, and many many more delicious, nutritious, and chemical/toxic/carcenogenic free vegetables. |
